Exercise for A Healthy You

How many times have we heard that aside from getting rid of our vices and eating healthy foods, we also need to engage ourselves from doing exercise? I confess, lately I have not been doing my regular exercise in the morning which is playing the badminton. I dunno, since the rainy seasons started I just became lazy which is really too bad. I have a very sedentary lifestyle, sitting in front of my computer the whole day bec. of my work, exercise should keep me going.

I always wanted to get back in my exercise routine in the future as it makes me alive and keep my blood going. Have also considered getting a treadmill if my budget allows it. I should seriously do it bec. my varicose veins are hurting recently due to poor circulation. What about you what is your form of exercise?
