Sedentary Life Can Harm Our Health

Exercising is one the I am not been doing lately and I reckon it's getting toll on me. I miss the days when I use to wake up early in the morning to play with badminton with my brother and sister in law. I've beginning to gain extra pounds, I am not worried about my total body weight but my excess belly fat that keeps me annoyed. I am thinking of getting one of those ellipticals if budget will not be so tight because I can have it at home so every time I want some form of exercise I can just hop in and sweat a bit.

I just hope that my being lazy these days will not make me a woman with no curves anymore. I just need some discipline and a little bit of inspiration to out exercise back into my routine.

No Shopping

The weekend passed without a glitch. I was able to cook a special lunch for my family, to think I am not really a cook but I was able to pull out a recipe that they all liked. Lately, I have not been going out to the malls to make lots of shopping, though I have purchased a bag and a watch online.

I am actually keen on saving a little for our upcoming Hongkong trip and that is where I will splurge a little bit because we all know that is the shopping haven in Asia. Ahh I can’t for that. Now I am keeping my belt tighter and hopefully I can do that till our vacation. I also need to do comparing term life insurance quotes online for I know this is important as well.

I wasn't able to go to her concert because I am not a big fan of hers but I love her songs, makes me want to dance to it always. I have one of those days that I feel blue or should I say I feel not so attractive. A bad hair day can easily pass but when it comes to physical attributes sometimes I can’t help but to worry at times. I know I am not that huge and I don’t have to fret about reading apidexin reviews but I reckon there will come a time when you feel like unlikable. I know you know where I am coming about but like what we always hear “Physical Beauty is not Everything” and we should always stick that to our minds.
