I've been meaning to search and look for a performance management software for a while now and thankfully I was able to do it when I got the chance to go online yesterday after a long holiday. My cousin needs it for her business. Aside from that, she wanted me to accompany her to go to different offices to get some business permits and some other papers that she needs before she can operate her new boutique located in the city.
She knows that , I have a small business too and I already had my papers so she wanted me to help her do the paper works without difficulty. Running a business is no joke so she must learn how to be patient and passionate about what she’s doing. I hope I can impart some of my knowledge when it comes to management and all.
