Sedentary Life Can Harm Our Health

Exercising is one the I am not been doing lately and I reckon it's getting toll on me. I miss the days when I use to wake up early in the morning to play with badminton with my brother and sister in law. I've beginning to gain extra pounds, I am not worried about my total body weight but my excess belly fat that keeps me annoyed. I am thinking of getting one of those ellipticals if budget will not be so tight because I can have it at home so every time I want some form of exercise I can just hop in and sweat a bit.

I just hope that my being lazy these days will not make me a woman with no curves anymore. I just need some discipline and a little bit of inspiration to out exercise back into my routine.
