BUZZ: 17-year old singing sensation Charice Pempengco will appear at OPRAH Show for 3rd time and I am very sure that her fans and all of the Pinoys all around the globe will be so proud again. Another exciting stint to watch out. She is set to promote the carrier single "Note to God,’” of her International album. The episode will be shown on May 18, in the US. Go Charice!!
